Vaccination Attestation
All students attending in-person or hybrid classes are required to verify their COVID-19 vaccination status or attest to an eligible exemption status to enter campus. Students taking classes entirely online are not required to attest their vaccination status.
To attest your vaccination status or exemption:
- First, activate your ctcLink account
- Then log into ctcLinkand follow the instructions below:

Step 3
On this page, in the "*Immunization" field; enter the option that pertains to you. If you have taken either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, two doses will be required. Then enter the date you recieved either your first vaccine or your exemption.
